Yesterday I went to La Caille (a french restaurant) with a lot of my friends it was a lot of fun! I also went last year, so I knew what to expect a little bit. I also got a deal since we went with the school- only $28! So it started with me and Maddie jamming out to music on the bus and getting weird looks (which is normal for us) we got to La Caille, took a few pictures, got yelled at (pretty much) by a guy for "moving a pillow" so that we could sit down. He said something along these lines "put that pillow back where you found it when your done." So that we wouldn't have to deal with crabby guys, we went back outside until we could finally go upstairs. We went upstairs and i sat with all of my friends, Maddie, Alejandro, Willie, John, Rachael, and Noelle. The first thing we ate was the escargot (snail.) Remembering how much i loved it last year, and how much Noelle hated it (she almost threw up) she gave me hers. So i go
t two escargot! Yummy!! If you have never had it, it is a must try. It tastes garlicy, chewy, and just delicious! Next, came the sorbet to "cleanse our pallet." Next came the salad, and I am not much of a salad fan, but this was pretty good salad. Then came the chicken, which was absolutely amazing!! lastly, we had our dessert-icecream. With the icecream, you can either a. be a plain jane like me and just eat the vanilla icecream b. eat it with a sauce with bananas in it or c. flambay it, which is where there is alcohol in the sauce and they set it on fire, which is really cool to watch, but it leaves a bitter taste on your icecream. (the alcohol is gone don't worry) So after dinner, we wandered around, took a few pictures, and then it was back on the 
bus! La Caille is definately a good place to go if possible!
